Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy to critically and non-critically ill patients
Administer treatments and diagnostic tests using evidence-based techniques
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
Educate patients and families on respiratory care and disease management
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards

Qualifications

Active RRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Valid Oregon Respiratory Care License
Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
Minimum 2 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of the cardiopulmonary system
Proficiency in evidence-based respiratory techniques and equipment
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Experience working with all age groups from neonatal to geriatric
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
