Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule including weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality critical care nursing to patients across multiple units
Float seamlessly between ICU, ER, Step-Down, and PACU as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and assess patients, administer medications, and respond to emergencies
Maintain accurate electronic medical records using EPIC system

Qualifications

Current RN license in Georgia
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of critical care experience in a similar-sized facility
Experience with EPIC EMR
Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced float pool environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records
Ability to float and adapt to different units and patient populations
Time management and organizational skills
