Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
Perform cleanings, exams, and preventive treatments
Educate patients on oral health best practices
Collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate patient records and infection control standards

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygiene license in Virginia
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and equipment
Knowledge of dental software and record-keeping
Understanding of infection control protocols
Strong interpersonal and patient management skills
