Shift Type: Night shift, 36 hours per week, includes weekends as needed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide progressive care to cardiac patients in a fast-paced PCU/IMCU float pool
- Manage a 1:3-4 patient ratio, caring for STEMI, NSTEMI, CTS, and C/P patients
- Administer cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors
- Float to all PCU/IMCU floors with cardiac population, ensuring continuity of care
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience in a similar-sized facility
- Active Georgia RN license or compact license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring
- EPIC proficiency preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Progressive care unit (PCU) and intermediate care (IMCU) expertise
- Cardiac care knowledge including STEMI, NSTEMI, and post-surgical cardiac patients
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to float across multiple units
- Excellent communication and teamwork
