Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and examinations
Educate patients on oral health best practices and preventive care
Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygiene license in Virginia
CPR certification (BLS required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and techniques
Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
