Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for a smooth workflow
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort
- Take and develop dental X-rays with precision
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Support the dental team to provide exceptional patient experiences
Qualifications
- Active Dental Assistant certification in Maryland
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience as a dental assistant, preferably in orthodontics
- X-ray certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
- Proficiency in dental practice management software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Compassionate patient care with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
