Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients with diverse conditions including urology, gynecology, orthopedics, medicine, surgery, trauma, and ENT vascular
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
Document patient care accurately in EPIC electronic health records
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
BLS certification required
EPIC experience required
Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in EPIC electronic health records
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing best practices
