Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge plans
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Telemetry or medical-surgical experience preferred
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Excellent patient assessment and clinical judgment
- Skilled in medication administration and IV therapy
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
