Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vitals and report changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Adhere to facility policies and safety standards

Qualifications

Current and valid RN or LPN license in Maine
BLS certification required
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Must have completed COVID-19 vaccine or have approved exemption

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN program)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
Time management and organizational skills
