Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to a mixed medical-surgical ICU patient population
Monitor patients using advanced telemetry and life-support equipment including ventilators, Impella, IABP, and CRRT
Administer critical care drips and manage complex devices with precision and attention to detail
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans
Respond swiftly to emergencies and perform essential procedures such as central line insertions, intubations, and chest tube placements
Float to Progressive Care when needed, showcasing your adaptability and broad clinical expertise

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of ICU or PCU experience
Telemetry experience is a must
Preferred: prior ICU experience and comfort with critical care drips and ventilator management

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
Proficiency with ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen therapy
Experience managing advanced devices such as Impella, IABP, and CRRT
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
