Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed Intensive Care Unit
Monitor patients on telemetry and manage complex conditions including ECMO, Impella, IABP, and CRRT
Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized treatment plans
Respond swiftly to changes in patient status and perform life-saving interventions when needed
Support patients and families with clear communication and emotional support during challenging times

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of ICU or PCU experience
Telemetry experience is a must
Preferred: experience with critical drips, ventilator management, and prior ICU background

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable managing advanced equipment such as ventilators, CRRT, and hemodynamic devices
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
