Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional patient care in the cardiovascular operating room
Assist surgeons during complex cardiac and vascular procedures
Monitor patient vitals and manage surgical equipment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain a sterile field and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
At least 1 year of recent CVOR experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and surgical procedures
Proficiency with surgical instrumentation and sterile technique
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
Adaptability to changing patient needs and case types
