Location: Mound City, Missouri

Start Date: 08-03-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hour shifts (start time between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM), 35 guaranteed hours per week

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical disorders to develop personalized care plans
Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to guide clinical interventions
Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment interventions per regulatory standards
Administer procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team for comprehensive care
Document all clinical information accurately in electronic records

Qualifications

At least 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
Active Missouri Occupational Therapy license

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in occupational therapy evaluation and treatment
Knowledge of long-term care and rehabilitation practices
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to supervise OT assistants and aides
