Location: Janesville, WI

Start Date: 06-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Thursday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform MRI procedures and related techniques to produce diagnostic images
Prepare patients for examinations and provide instruction
Apply magnetic resonance safety principles
Operate MRI equipment and select appropriate pulse sequences
Perform venipuncture and administer contrast media
Evaluate images for technical quality and ensure proper identification
Maintain aseptic technique and observe universal precautions

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited radiography program
Experience as an MRI Technologist
ARRT Radiography registration required
ARRT MRI registration required
Approved BLS certification required

Education

Graduate of an accredited radiography program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in magnetic resonance imaging techniques
Knowledge of patient care and safety protocols
Skilled in venipuncture and contrast administration
Familiarity with radiology information systems (RIS) and PACS
Ability to work flexible hours, alternate shifts, and weekends
