Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: As needed, 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM (Shift 2)

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents including assistance with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
Support emotional and social well-being of residents
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine
Current BLS certification
Ability to lift and move patients safely
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Excellent communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
Ability to follow care plans and instructions
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Time management and organizational skills
