Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call; 36 hours per week; weeknight call 1x/week, weekend call 1 weekend/month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform scrubbing and monitoring duties during cardiac, vascular, and neuro interventional procedures
Assist with conscious and moderate sedation under RN supervision
Manage cardiac drips and balloon pumps to support patient hemodynamics
Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
Collaborate with RNs and lead techs for efficient room assignments and case flow

Qualifications

Must have current Cath Lab experience; first-time travelers not accepted
ARRT, Fluoroscopy, and BLS certifications required (RCIS or CCT not accepted)
Proficiency in conscious and moderate sedation, airway management, and hemodynamic monitoring

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac and coronary catheterization
Peripheral and vascular interventions
General Interventional Radiology and neuro intervention
Conscious and moderate sedation techniques
Airway management and cardiac drug administration
Balloon pump operation and troubleshooting
Fluoroscopy and ARRT certification standards
