Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Conduct thorough assessments and document patient status clearly and accurately
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans
• Educate patients and families to support recovery, discharge planning, and self-care
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain professional standards, infection control, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license (class indicated: LPN or RN)
• Current, unrestricted nursing license appropriate to role
• Comfortable working per diem shifts and adapting to facility workflows
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate patient care
• Willingness to follow facility policies and uphold patient safety standards

Education

• Licensed Practical Nurse: Vocational/Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent
• Registered Nurse: Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing as applicable

Knowledge & Skills

• Foundational nursing skills in assessments, basic procedures, and documentation
• Medication administration awareness and safe practice
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic clinical environment
• Clear verbal and written communication with patients and care teams
• Professionalism, reliability, and a patient-first mindset
