Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and document them accurately
Perform timely and thorough patient assessments and report changes
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members to support patient goals
Maintain accurate, professional documentation in the patient record
Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential (required)
Active authorization to practice in North Carolina (necessary for assignment)
Comfortable working per diem evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
Reliable, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly with patients and team members
Resume with recent clinical experience and verification of licensure

Education

LPN/Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent (aligned with LPN licensure)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fundamentals in medication administration and wound care
Solid patient assessment and vital-sign monitoring skills
Accurate charting and attention to clinical detail
Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Ability to follow protocols for infection control and patient safety
