Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to assigned residents
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Document assessments, interventions and patient responses clearly and promptly
Monitor patients’ conditions and communicate changes to supervising clinicians
Support infection control, safety protocols and facility policies on every shift

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — current and in good standing
Valid immunizations and required health screenings per facility policy
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain if required)
Reliable transportation required (LOCAL ONLY — you must have your own vehicle)
Comfort working evenings and adapting to per diem scheduling needs
Professional communication skills and ability to work within a care team

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid fundamentals in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Strong clinical assessment and observational skills
Clear documentation skills and familiarity with electronic charting (if available)
Ability to prioritize, multitask and respond calmly in urgent situations
Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and patient-education skills
