Shift Type: Evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM; includes weekends required (specific weekday schedule to be confirmed with hiring team)

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents, promoting dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, and toileting
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly and accurately
- Document care activities and resident responses according to facility policies
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized resident care plans
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required
- Current CPR certification preferred or obtained upon hire
- Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics is a plus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the assignment
- Reliable, patient-centered attitude and strong communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program and active LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident-focused bedside care and personal assistance skills
- Familiarity with basic charting and documentation best practices
- Knowledge of infection control, safe patient handling, and mobility assistance
- Good observational skills to notice changes in condition and escalate appropriately
- Teamwork and clear communication with nurses, therapists, and facility staff
