Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized speech and language therapy to help patients reach meaningful communication goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to coordinate care and celebrate progress
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time
• Provide education and training to caregivers and staff to carry over therapy gains into daily routines
• Use evidence-based approaches to address swallowing, speech, language, and cognitive-communication needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field preferred
• State SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in New Hampshire
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or ability to obtain certification
• Experience working with pediatric and adult populations is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills, plus excellent communication and teamwork

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred)
• ASHA certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in speech, language, and swallowing assessments and interventions
• Skilled in developing person-centered treatment plans and measurable goals
• Comfortable using standardized assessments and functional outcome measures
• Ability to mentor caregivers and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Good time management and clinical documentation practices
