Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting daily living activities and dignity
• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, feeding, and toileting while encouraging independence
• Monitor, record, and report resident conditions and vital signs accurately and promptly
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in resident charts and communicate changes to the care team
• Follow infection control standards and facility policies to keep residents safe
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (LNA required)
• Travel LNA experience is a plus
• Comfort with overnight/overnight-resident care settings
• Willingness to complete facility orientation and any required competency checks

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program (state-approved)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong skills in resident personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Reliable documentation and reporting abilities
• Good communication and teamwork with clinical staff and families
• Basic infection prevention and safe patient handling knowledge
• Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs during overnight shifts
