Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and support their comfort and dignity
• Assist residents with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Support safe mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Accurately document resident care, observations, and any changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with the nursing team and report concerns promptly
• Help maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — Class LNA / T-LNA as listed
• Travel LNA experience or comfort working contract assignments is a plus
• Available for the assignment starting 2026-04-20 through 2026-06-15
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding, required screenings, and any state-specific requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• LNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and strong ADL support skills
• Patient transfer and safe mobility assistance
• Basic clinical documentation and charting
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
• Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
