Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to patients with dignity and respect
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
• Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team
• Support patient transfers and use safe lifting techniques to prevent injury
• Document patient interactions and care accurately in assigned systems

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — required
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Comfort and experience working night shifts and with varied patient needs
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility credentialing standards

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completed CNA training program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
• Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
• Infection control and safe patient handling
• Effective, compassionate communication with patients and care teams
• Time management and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
