Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and assist patients with activities of daily living
• Support safe patient transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately and promptly
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team clearly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care and observations thoroughly in the patient chart
• Collaborate with nurses and therapists to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Active BLS/CPR certification (preferred or obtainable upon hire)
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
• Comfort working overnight shifts and supporting a fast-paced clinical team
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen as required by facility

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an approved CNA program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Foundational patient care skills and safe transfer techniques
• Infection control and basic clinical safety practices
• Accurate charting and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and families
• Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans and direction from nurses
