Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Help patients regain independence through therapeutic activities and exercises
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home safety
- Document progress and adjust interventions to meet evolving goals
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- NBCOT certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Education
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Knowledge of evidence-based OT practices for diverse patient populations
