Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble patient meals and trays in line with dietary orders and restrictions
• Ensure meals meet basic nutritional needs and follow documented plans
• Deliver meals courteously to patients and provide excellent customer service
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, safe food environment
• Document meal delivery, special requests, and any issues promptly and accurately
• Work collaboratively with nursing and clinical staff to support positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge and understanding of basic nutritional needs
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Preferred: additional food service courses or related education
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
