Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and develop dental X-rays accurately
- Provide compassionate patient care and education on oral hygiene
- Maintain patient records and manage appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent preferred
- Dental X-ray certification required
- CPR certification a plus
- Experience in periodontal assisting is highly valued
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control
