Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures while adhering to established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through proper positioning and clear communication
• Verify patient identity, indications and imaging orders prior to each exam
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic record and manage images in PACS
• Follow infection control, radiation safety and facility policies at all times

Qualifications

• ARRT-CT certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• License/certificate verification required by facility
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist (per facility onboarding)
• Ability to work nights and the scheduled Friday–Monday rotation
• Compliance with required health screenings and immunizations (fit test, respiratory evaluation, Tdap, COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hep B, influenza, TB testing, varicella) and Trinity 10-panel drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with CT imaging protocols and cross-sectional anatomy
• Strong understanding of radiation safety principles
• Comfortable with PACS/RIS systems and clinical documentation
• Excellent patient communication and positioning skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple urgent imaging requests
