Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support daily needs
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Support a positive, respectful environment that promotes resident dignity

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing (required)
State CNA license/certification (PA) or eligibility to obtain (preferred)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with direct patient care and physical aspects of the role
Reliable, compassionate, and a strong team player

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care skills and assisting with ADLs
Vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control best practices and hand hygiene
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and take direction from nursing staff
Empathy, patience, and strong observational abilities
