Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and accurately record vital signs; promptly report changes to nursing staff
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote patient safety
Maintain accurate patient documentation and contribute to the care plan
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to ensure a safe environment
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to support high-quality patient outcomes
Promote patient dignity, comfort, and independence through attentive care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings/immunizations
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a patient-centered attitude

Education

CNA certification (required)
High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic nursing care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Skill in taking and recording vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection prevention and safety best practices
Comfortable using electronic charting/EMR systems for documentation
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
