Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as an LPN on the unit
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform routine assessments and report changes in patient condition
Document care clearly and timely in the patient record
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Support patient comfort, dignity, and education during their stay

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active and in good standing (Pennsylvania licensure recommended)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass facility-required background and health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and documentation best practices
Infection control and safety protocols
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Effective communication with patients, families, and care team members
