Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during overnight hours
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
• Support patient comfort and safety, including fall prevention and bedside care
• Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Valid LNA or T-LNA certification (licensed in VT or NH as applicable)
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and a flexible schedule
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

• LNA or T-LNA certification (required)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in assisting with transfers and mobility support
• Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
• Experience with vital sign measurement and basic clinical observations
• Basic documentation skills and attention to detail
• Time management during busy overnight shifts
