Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and document accurately using the facility charting system
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to the care team, and escalate when necessary
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity and independence
Support RNs and interdisciplinary team members to deliver cohesive care plans
Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients

Qualifications

Current and active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain one)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Ability to complete mandatory background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is a plus

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic wound care and ostomy support
Proficient with vital signs assessment and early recognition of clinical changes
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Teamwork, time management, and effective communication with patients and families
