Shift Type: Tuesday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM NOC (night)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate overnight care to residents, prioritizing safety and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Perform thorough assessments and document resident status clearly and promptly
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge preparations when needed
Support activities of daily living and ensure dignity and respect for each resident
Respond quickly to changes in condition and escalate concerns appropriately

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — required
Ability to work the assigned overnight schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Local candidates only (position is local to the Santa Fe area)
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Solid fundamentals in medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Patient assessment and observational skills during overnight shifts
Accurate documentation and time management under busy conditions
Comfortable working within an interdisciplinary care team
Commitment to infection control, resident safety, and compassionate care
