Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (day)

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in the assigned unit
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document them per facility policy
Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and communicate concerns to the care team
Assist with activities of daily living and support patient comfort and dignity
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to execute and update care plans
Maintain accurate, timely charting and complete required paperwork
Follow infection prevention, safety protocols, and facility policies at all times

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted LPN license valid in New Mexico
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or willing to obtain
Comfortable working 12.5-hour day shifts and able to cover Sunday, Friday, and Saturday
Local candidates only as noted in the order
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Education

LPN diploma or vocational nursing certificate required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Clinical assessment and ability to recognize changes in patient status
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
Excellent time management and prioritization during long shifts
Patient advocacy, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
