Shift Type: Variable schedule (includes Saturday and Sunday), 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Evening shift (weekend commitment required)

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents with dignity and respect
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document them clearly
Perform timely assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care teams to create and follow individualized care plans
Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident independence whenever possible
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to ensure excellent service

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Vermont) required
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (or obtain upon hire)
Comfortable working evenings and committed to weekend coverage
Local candidate (LOCAL ONLY) — RTO must be approved ahead of time and listed in the contract
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a patient-centered attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic treatment procedures
Patient/resident assessment and vital sign monitoring
Wound care and activity of daily living support
Clear clinical documentation and charting practices
Infection control and safety procedures
Teamwork, time management, and effective communication
