Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assess patient status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Document care, observations, and interventions clearly and promptly
- Support admissions, discharges, and care transitions with professionalism
- Participate in care planning and patient/family education to improve outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
- Available to work the scheduled shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Local candidates only (per job notes)
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical skills in medication administration and basic patient assessment
- Strong communication with patients, families, and care team members
- Time management and organization for efficient shift workflows
- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and safe care delivery
