Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care to residents in a rehabilitation setting
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor, assess and document patient conditions and responses
Collaborate with nurses, therapists and care team members to deliver coordinated care
Assist with admissions, discharges and transitions to keep care seamless
Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe environment
Educate patients and families on care plans and daily routines with empathy

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or ability to obtain
Comfortable with夜 shift responsibilities and overnight patient care
Strong communication skills and dependable documentation practices
Local candidates only (this opening is local-only)

Education

Graduation from an accredited LPN program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic pharmacology knowledge
Patient assessment, vital signs monitoring and charting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) or clinical documentation
Wound care basics and restorative/rehabilitation support
Infection prevention and safety practices
Time management, prioritization and teamwork in a clinical setting
