Shift Type: Sunday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care including assessments, medications, and daily nursing tasks
Administer treatments and document clinical observations accurately and timely
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and providers to implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up needs
Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate concerns to appropriate team members
Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control, and safety standards

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in New Mexico (required)
Recent clinical experience as an LPN is a plus; long-term care or skilled nursing experience welcomed
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
Current immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and accurate charting
Skilled in patient assessments, vital signs, and basic wound care
Comfortable using electronic health records and clear documentation practices
Ability to work independently on assigned shifts and prioritize patient needs
Good interpersonal skills for patient/family education and team collaboration
