Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately
- Operate and monitor radiation therapy equipment following protocols
- Verify treatment setups and patient positioning to ensure precise care
- Document treatments and patient interactions clearly in EPIC
- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff
- Provide compassionate patient education and support during treatment
- Participate in quality assurance checks and maintain equipment safety logs
- Assist with immobilization devices and treatment plan verification
Qualifications
- ARRT certification (required)
- BLS (AHA) certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience
- Current state licensure as required for submission
- Experience with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems
- Strong patient care skills and ability to work in an acute care setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of radiation therapy principles and safety protocols
- Proficiency operating linear accelerators and treatment planning checks
- Comfortable using EPIC for charting and documentation
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Attention to detail for treatment verification and QA processes
- Teamwork and collaboration with multidisciplinary oncology teams
