Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (orientation on Thursdays; schedule may include weekends)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients thoroughly and develop individualized nursing diagnoses
- Create and implement comprehensive patient care plans across the lifespan
- Provide clinical leadership and collaborate closely with ancillary and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain professional standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting
- Support quality improvement initiatives and help develop systems of care for population health
- Educate patients and families to promote safe transitions and better outcomes
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively during handoffs
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma nursing license (compact allowed) — license must be active at time of submission
- Minimum 6 months of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience (required)
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- NIHSS certification required (link provided by client for 1-year NIH certification)
- Active nursing license (general requirement noted) and ability to provide work history and permanent address on submission
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; current RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and nursing diagnosis across all age groups (infants to geriatrics)
- Patient care planning and implementation for medical-surgical populations
- Leadership and team collaboration in a regional referral hospital setting
- Lifespan care knowledge and experience
- Ability to work cooperatively with ancillary services and interdisciplinary teams
