Shift Type: Sun-Sat (part-time evenings), 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, every other weekend availability, Night

Hours per Week: 16

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during evening shifts
Perform thorough assessments and monitor changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document care and clinical findings clearly in the electronic health record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
Float to other areas as needed to support staffing and patient needs
Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS preferred
Recent clinical experience in an acute care or long term care setting preferred
Ability to work part-time evening shifts and every other weekend
Strong communication skills, team player attitude, and reliable work ethic

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Medication administration and IV therapy competency
Accurate charting and comfort with electronic health record systems
Patient and family education with clear, compassionate communication
Time management, prioritization, and adaptability when floating to other areas
