Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day (Full time; every other weekend availability)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments according to facility policy and care plans
Perform timely assessments and record vital signs to monitor patient status
Document patient care accurately and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and safety
Float to other areas as needed to support staffing and continuity of care

Qualifications

Valid Pennsylvania LPN license (required)
Availability for full-time 12.5-hour day shifts and every other weekend
Comfortable floating to other units and adapting to different patient populations
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Solid fundamentals in patient assessment and bedside care
Medication administration and accurate documentation
Basic infection control and safety practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Effective communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
