Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Support mealtimes, mobility and personal grooming with dignity and respect
- Maintain accurate resident records and assist with basic documentation
- Help create a warm, safe environment that promotes resident comfort and independence
- Collaborate with nurses and care staff to deliver person-centered care plans
Qualifications
- Valid GNA certification or equivalent credential
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Comfortable working with geriatric populations and supporting daily living needs
- Clear background check and required immunizations per facility policy
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to compassionate resident care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a GNA training program preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding
- Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork when coordinating resident care
- Respect for resident privacy and knowledge of HIPAA principles
- Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately
- Patient, empathetic approach to working with older adults
