Location: Bowie, MD
Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift; specific days not specified)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote comfort and independence
- Monitor and accurately document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff
- Support mealtime assistance and feeding as needed with dignity and respect
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
- Participate in team care planning and communicate effectively with colleagues and families
Qualifications
- GNA certification required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable working with geriatric populations and those with chronic conditions
- Able to pass background check and drug screening as required
Education
- High school diploma or GED; GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of elder care principles and respect for resident dignity
- Basic clinical skills such as taking vitals and assisting with mobility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with residents and families
- Reliable documentation habits and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset and good time management
