Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Perform assessments, implement care plans, and document patient progress clearly and timely
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to facility protocols
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent patient care
• Support patients and families with compassionate education and clear explanations
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support continuity of care and compliance
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment and mentor colleagues as appropriate

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license for New Mexico
• Ability to work the scheduled 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM day shift and perform required clinical duties
• Relevant clinical experience as an LPN or RN (experience level to be discussed during interview)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program appropriate to the license (LPN or RN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and basic patient care skills
• Medication administration knowledge and attention to safety protocols
• Comfortable with electronic medical records and timely documentation
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
