Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on direct resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility) while preserving dignity
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
• Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect residents and yourself
• Document care accurately and timely in the resident chart
• Collaborate with nurses and the care team to implement care plans
• Deliver friendly companionship and emotional support to residents and families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential — required
• Travel CNA (T-CNA) experience or previous travel assignments — preferred
• Ability to start on 2026-02-02 and complete assignment through 2026-03-30 (assignment dates provided by facility)
• Willingness to work every other weekend as part of the schedule
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings (facility policy)

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong resident-centered care and basic clinical skills
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents and team members
• Accurate charting and attention to detail
• Time management and ability to prioritize during busy shifts
• Teamwork mindset and flexibility in a fast-paced care environment
