Shift Type: Weekdays (varies) and every other Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Day shifts — 3x 12-hour shifts per week (local only), includes some holidays
Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents consistent with the LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Document resident status, care provided, and any changes clearly and timely
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
- Support resident comfort, dignity, and activities of daily living
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN license (able to practice in New Hampshire preferred)
- Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and covering every-other-Sunday rotations and some holidays
- Local candidates only as this is a local-only assignment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on a busy care team
- Valid immunizations and any required facility screenings (per facility policy)
Education
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid clinical nursing fundamentals for medication administration and basic treatments
- Accurate charting and documentation practices
- Good time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents and families
- Teamwork and adaptability during shift changes and variable schedules
