Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and resident status accurately and promptly
• Assist nursing team with care plans and report changes in condition
• Support safe and respectful mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Maintain clean, safe resident environments and adhere to infection control protocols
• Document care thoroughly and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary team members
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families through empathetic interaction

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential (LNA) — required
• T-LNA recognized (training/trainee LNA) accepted as noted in the posting
• Comfortable working the listed days (Sun, Mon, Tue, Sat) and the 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day shift
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
